The right to use the Services is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. To use the Services, you need to become a registered user and may be required to sign up for an account, and select a password and username (the “Uplabs Profile”). You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself. You may not select a name that you don’t have the right to use for your UpLabs profile. You also may not select another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. You must protect the security of your account and your password. You are responsible for any activity associated with your account.
Your use of the Services is subject to the following additional restrictions:
All materials contained on the Services fall under Copyright. All rights reserved. No person is authorized to use, copy or distribute any portion of the Services including related graphics. UpLabs and other trademarks and/or service marks (including logos and designs) found on the site are trademarks/service marks that identify UpLabs or other registered users of the Services, or the goods and/or services provided by UpLabs. Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorization of UpLabs or the corresponding registered user.
Responsibility of Contributors.
If you operate an account, comment on a post, publish material on our Services, publish links on our Services, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Services (any such material, Content), you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. That is the case regardless of whether the Content in question constitutes text or graphics.
By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:
- – the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party;

- – the Content or links do not contain or install any viruses, worms, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful or destructive content;
- – the Content or links are not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);
- – the Content or links are not obscene, libelous or defamatory, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
- – your account is not getting advertised via unwanted electronic messages such as spam links on newsgroups, email lists, other blogs and web sites, and similar unsolicited promotional methods;
- – your account is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your account’s Twitter or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own; and
- – you have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials, whether requested to do so by our Services or otherwise.
UpLabs reserves the right to remove any post, or Content (graphics or text) for any reason whatsoever. UpLabs reserves the right to ban any user from using our services for any reason.
When you upload graphics to UpLabs you give UpLabs permission to use or distribute your graphics on uplabs.com or affiliated sites under the same terms. All graphics uploaded are copyrighted by © their respective owners.
If you delete graphics or content from the Services, UpLabs will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Services, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, UpLabs has the right (though not the obligation) to (i) refuse or remove any content that, in UpLabs’ reasonable opinion, violates any of the UpLabs policies or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Services to any individual or entity for any reason, in UpLabs’ sole discretion.
Responsibility of Services and website Visitors.
UpLabs has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the Content (graphics or text) posted to the Services, and cannot therefore be responsible for that content, use or effects. By operating the Services, UpLabs does not represent or imply that it endorses the Content there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. UpLabs will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink. We do not endorse or hold ourselves responsible for the privacy policies or information gathering practices of any other Services, other than sites run by us. The Services does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in it will be corrected.
